Choosing one of the right diets

One of the major problems I’ve had with diets is I never know which one is right for me. It’s horrible sometimes – I know I need to go on a diet, but I don’t know which of the range of diets available that I should choose. I never know which is the best diet to use.

Diet 101

One of the reasons I think diets don’t work for me is I don’t actually understand the systems they use. One counts calories. The others don’t and have their points systems, which vary from place to place – I never thought diets could be so confusing! But I’ve settled on one now – which lets me lose weight easily, without needing to worry about anything that I’ve had concerns over other diets about. All in all, I love the one I’ve picked – I’m losing weight steadily, and instead of feeling like I’m hungry constantly, the diet actually works. I admit, I’ve slipped a couple of times, but it’s easy to get back on track, without needing to starve myself. I don’t get on with diets that make me eat as little as possible – they make me feel grotty and sick, and then I can’t handle anything – what’s the point if I can’t get on with my normal life, stay active and still enjoy myself?
